By downloading or using Packybara, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Packybara provides package tracking information and a pixel-art capybara companion for personal, non-commercial use. Tracking data is sourced from third-party carrier APIs and is subject to availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of tracking data.

Subscription Terms

Packybara offers an optional auto-renewable subscription:

Packybara+ Monthly — unlocks unlimited package tracking, faster refresh (5-minute cooldown), delivery alerts, and delivery statistics.

Key details:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content in Packybara, including pixel art, animations, and design, is the property of Rafael Adolfo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app.

Disclaimer

Packybara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tracking data is for informational purposes only. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or reliance on tracking data provided.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of Packybara is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
