Frequently Asked Questions

Which carriers are supported?

Packybara currently supports Correios, AliExpress, Shopee, Anjun, and J&T. Carrier detection is automatic based on tracking code patterns.

Why isn't my package updating?

Tracking data comes from the carrier's system via third-party APIs. If a carrier's system is slow or delayed, the app will show the most recent available status. Try pulling to refresh.

How do I enable notifications?

Packybara will prompt you to enable push notifications when you add your first package. You can also enable them in your device's Settings > Apps > Packybara > Notifications.

Is the app available on iOS?

Not yet. Packybara is currently Android-only, in closed testing on Google Play.

How do I join the closed test?

Follow the steps on our beta testing guide — it takes about a minute to join.
